Our portions are premium quality, hand-processed salmon in conveniently packaged, 6-8oz. flash frozen portions that taste as fresh as the day it came out of the ocean. Perfect for individual meals . 12-14 portions in a 5# order and 24-26 in a 10# order.
All orders will ship via FedEx on Monday using appropriate amounts of dry ice in a recyclable cooler box to ensure your salmon arrives at your doorstep frozen. You will receive information prior to transit with an estimated arrival and tracking information.
